Appelmans

At the top of our kitchen is team chef Timon Bluemink , a true autodidact who travels through Australia, Southeast Asia and most recently London in his search for the perfect dishes. Timon comes from the Netherlands, but he’s been living in Belgium for 8 years at this moment and has been working at Brasserie Appelmans for 5 years. As a chef, he creates a nice balance between real classic Belgian cuisine and modern variants.
